What’s the difference between Ready to Wear, Made to Measure and Bespoke?
Ready to Wear
While the term ‘ready to wear’ or ‘off the peg’ would generally refer to mass-produced clothing, I utilise my fabric offcuts that would normally go to waste to create items.
The stock I have fluctuates, as does the style; each piece is a one-of-a-kind, unrepeatable, and available as such.
Made to Measure
The made-to-measure garments are made based on standardised patterns and adjusted after purchase by myself according to the measurements you provide and each piece is made to order.
A great way to test the waters of bespoke without the full price and time commitment.
Bespoke
Bespoke is the true essence of British tailoring where everything is centred around you.
A consultation with me about the garment you wish to commission begins the process where we go into depth about how this will fit in with your lifestyle and existing wardrobe.
The pattern is then drafted to your specific measurements with the fabric being cut after to ensure the best fit imaginable.
Two fittings are included and essential for the best fit in the price.
