Each garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. As pieces are made in limited runs and finished to order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you believe your garment has a fault or does not meet the specifications agreed at the time of order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for repair, replacement, or adjustment.
Shipping & Delivery
Each garment is made to order, with lead times varying depending on the piece and current bespoke work. Estimated completion times will be shared at the point of order, and you will be notified once your garment is ready to ship.
All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
