General Questions

When will I get my order?

As each piece is made by myself to order the time to shipping will vary.

Under each listing will be an up-to-date lead time for each garment.

Any ready to wear items will be shipped at the end of every week and an email notification will be sent.

Where are your products manufactured?

I make every piece in-house at my studio in Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Where do you source your materials?

I source my materials from UK manufacturers where possible with every effort to support specialised traders.

If, for any reason, an item is sourced from outside the UK this will be stated in the item description and discussed with the client.

I do not offer this service for garments that have not been made by myself.

Made to Measure

What is your sizing strategy?

My sizing for made to measure is a ‘free size’ with ways to make the garments more fitted as each individual fells works best.

If, however, you wish for a specific fit book in for a Bespoke Consultation and I will be able to discuss this with you more in depth.

All bespoke items are made to your size and measurements.

Can I ask for a different fabric?

If you wish for a specific fabric for a garment please book in for a Bespoke Consultation and I will be able to discuss this with you more in depth.

Have the fabric you are wanting known to you at the consultation.

Why do you only have limited quantities available?

As everything is made by hand by me, I only release a select number to allow for timely creation and balance between my made to measure and bespoke commissions.

Bespoke Commission and Consultations

Why Choose bespoke?

Bespoke is a commitment to quality, longevity, and authenticity. It costs more because it gives more: time, skill, attention, and something that can’t be mass-produced—a sense of self in every stitch.

When you choose bespoke, you’re investing in a garment that will turn heads, make you memorable, and always ensure that you are feeling your best.

When will I get my order?

Lead times for each commission varies due to my workload, the complexity of your commission as well as delivery of the materials needed.

I will make all accommodations possible to meet your deadline but this will be discussed with yourself when booking a consultation.

Why do I need to book a Consultation?

The process of bespoke is very intimate and requires a mutual trust and respect between you, the client, and myself.

Consultations allow for you and I to get to know each other, for me to take your measurements as well as discuss each point of your commission.

With bespoke it is paramount that you feel comfortable with me. It is an experience and my aim is to make you feel confident in the process.

Without this I will not have enough information to accurately create your garment.

Studio

Where are you based?

My studio is in the centre of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Do you accept walk in’s?

Unfortunately I cannot accomodate walk-in’s as my studio is a working space.

Are you accessible?

Unfortunately, my studio is not accessible and there are two flights of stairs to go up to gain access to it.

If this will cause an issue please e-mail directly and we can discuss your needs and how I can accommodate you.

I have a strict no under 18’s allowed in the studio for health and safety tey reasons.

You will be visiting a working studio where there are sharp, heavy and hot equipment. I cannot guarantee that any of this equipment will be secured away enough for a child to be present.

There are also other business’ that share the building space which are also age restricted so this must be respected.

Where can I park when visiting?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

You are more than welcome to bring a support system with you for your consultations and fittings, I ask that you give me prior notice and that you limit it to two (2) additional people to yourself.

No under 18’s will be allowed to enter the studio.

Shipping and Returns

What is the return policy?

I can accept returns on Ready to Wear only and within reason; however, no garments worn to events, altered and/or dirtied, will be accepted.

All other garments; Made to Measure, Bespoke and Couture, are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

Are any purchases final sale?

All bespoke items are final sale.

Unworn Made to Measure are subject to my discretion for returns.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I am shipping to the UK and British Isles.

Unfortunately, due to the rescinding of the De Minitus by the US government, I am unable to post anything to the USA. Many postal services have paused service or the service is too high to make economical sense at this time.

As soon as I am able to I will update all customers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.

You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
