1. About Us

Inge Frances (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a bespoke and custom clothing brand based in the United Kingdom. Our garments are made with care and attention to detail, designed to last a lifetime.

2. Ordering

• Orders may be placed through our website or, in the case of bespoke garments, following a consultation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, error, or product unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For bespoke garments, deposits are required and are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Bespoke Garments

• Each bespoke piece is made to measure and created in consultation with the client.
• Once fabrics are cut or fittings have begun, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.
• Completion timelines vary and will be communicated during the consultation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Ready-to-wear items will be shipped within five (5) business days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Made to Measure items will be shipped within fifteen (15) business days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Bespoke garments will be delivered following completion and approval at the final fitting.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
  

6. Returns & Refunds

• Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Bespoke garments are non-refundable, as they are made to individual specifications.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Inge Frances and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our garments or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
